Susanne is a seasoned CIO with deep expertise in digital transformation and a consultancy background, As a member of the Executive Management Board, she brings a strategic mindset and business acumen to every project.
Susanne joined CEVA in 2023, bringing 31 years of IT transformation experience. Her career has spanned a diverse range of roles in service provision and IT operations. Most recently, she served as the CIO of a global transport company, where she led a significant IT rebuild following a cyber-attack. This successful project not only revitalized the company's IT infrastructure but also earned her the "CIO of the Year" award in Denmark in 2023. Motivated to expand her impact within a rapidly growing and innovative global company, Susanne found the perfect opportunity at CEVA Logistics.

He has served in the military as a sniper, government level intelligence for a decade, and has vast experience in the private industry. Tita Nurmi is the Chief Information Officer at Nordkalk Corporation, one of Finland's leading providers in the limestone industry. With over 17 years at Nordkalk, Tita has a profound connection and commitment to the company’s technological advancement and strategic direction.
Tita joined Nordkalk's ICT department and has progressed through various leadership roles, showcasing her deep understanding of IT infrastructure management and strategic ICT deployments. Before assuming her current role as CIO three years ago, she served as the Head of ICT.
MARIKA LINDSTRÖM

Marika has over 20 years of experience from various industries (manufacturing, transportation, banking, IT) in both business, product and IT development roles and combination of thereof. Her motto is to simplify rather then complicate and solve rather than problematize.
In her current position as Paulig’s CIO her main task is to transform the current IT and business landscape to better support both efficiency and growth in Paulig by harmonization, data and digitalization means. Marika is also a board member of DigiHelsinki.

Henrik is the co-founder and chairman of an open source cross industry concept called: Technology Sustainability index (TSi). A concept that helps bring sustainability into procurement decision processes on technology and in a simple way bring sustainability considerations to the CIO. He is also the Head of IT Procurement at Rambøll.
Henrik has a history as Head of IT/Tech Procurement in Maersk for more than a decade, and prior to this working in SAP Consulting for 14 years.
ERROL KOOLMEISTER
AI & TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR, KEYNOTE SPEAKER | THE AI FRAMEWORK (SE)
Errol is the award-winning AI and technology expert who has successfully built several large companies' ability to deliver value with AI. He has worked as an advisor to several start-ups and large companies in Europe & Russia. In addition, he advised on how to best use and scale AI in organizations. Before working as an advisor, Errol worked as a lead data scientist for the Vodafone group. He was part of building up the international AI team, which today consists of over 500 people.
He has also worked for H&M and began his career at Nordea bank, where he helped build the fraud and anti-money laundering department. With his background in risk and security, he has deep knowledge of using and extracting value from data both ethically and responsibly

HEAD OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION REGION EUROPE | DB SCHENKER (FI)
Samuli leads digital transformation topics at DB Schenker in Europe, with over 20 years of experience in IT and logistics. He has a background applying various advanced technologies to modernize the logistics operations. He studied at Helsinki School of Economics and Aalto University and has worked in different operational and IT leadership roles since 2003.
Samuli is the Chairman of the Digitalization Group for Finnish Service Sector Employers (Palta).
MIKAEL NURMI

Mikael is a business executive that has worked in the ICT field for 28 years, helping companies with business technology, digital transformation, strategy and mode of operation development (IT, digital product, service as well as development model), sourcing especially IT and outsourcing.
Mikael has experience from several different industries, e.g. media, bank, wholesale and telecom. He has also managed IT consulting in Denmark and Sweden. Today, Mikael works as Oriola's Chief Digital Officer and a member of the management team.
